Kreo Connect and remote maintenance
Kreo Connect is a platform with integrated remote access developed from an IIoT perspective for remote maintenance and assistance on Lumia products mounted on the machines. Through a standard web connection, the technician accesses the system and can act on both the machine control and the ESA edge device. This is done in maximum security thanks to the use of encrypted protocols and technologies compliant with the IEC 62443 directive.
In this way, Kreo Connect enables real-time monitoring and diagnostics, for rapid identification and resolution of problems without the need for an on-site presence. As a result, it allows you to eliminate machine downtime and drastically reduce maintenance costs. Furthermore, it is not necessary to install any application since everything is managed via the web interface.
