ESA Solutions at SPS Nuremberg
As one of the exhibitors, ESA will present its latest cutting-edge solutions designed to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and productivity in manufacturing environments.
Kreo Connect
Integrated into the Lumia product series, this IoT platform offers built-in remote access for plant assistance, eliminating downtime and significantly reducing costs. Through a standard web connection and secure VPN, technicians can manage both the machine control and the ESA edge device remotely. No software installation is required, as everything is managed via a web interface.
Lumia ARM
A new product family featuring an integrated mounting system with an articulated arm for easy installation on a console or directly on a machine body. The handle and mouse/keyboard support complete the workstation. Customers can design the mounting system with their desired configuration, choosing from: webHMI (embedded Linux platform), Industrial PCs (fanless with 11th-generation processors), monitor
On the software side, the Kreo PC Manager package includes Kreo HMI Runtime (for developing multi-client, web-based supervision applications) and Kreo Connect package.
New Drives
ESA’s new single-axis servo drive is engineered to control synchronous and asynchronous machines, delivering exceptional dynamic response, high performance, and application versatility. It stands out with its compact, robust, and sophisticated design, alongside a highly versatile programming interface. Key features include:
- 5 mechanical sizes ranging from 1kW to 110kW
- Power supply from 200 to 480 Vac (with optional common DC-BUS)
- STO SIL2 safety standard
- Advanced safety functions
- Support for incremental encoders, BiSS-C absolute encoders, and DSL absolute encoders
- Optional ESA expansion board
